So take what is you feel is appropriate for yourself. 10 ml was good in the above test so you could judge from that. I am not a licensed medical professional. I personally do what I feel is right for me. Because regular toxic medications need to dosed because they can be so dangerous to our health we have gotten in the habit of thinking we need to be told a dosage. These cannot harm you and so you can be confident to experiment safely and see how you feel. You could always get blood work done to test before and after if you want something in particular to be tracked.
