Part 2 of 4 – 174 Ways to use Thieves Products

Young Living’s Thieves essential oil blend was created based on the historical account of four thieves in France who protected themselves from the black plague with cloves, rosemary and other aromatics while robbing victims of the killer disease.
When captured, they were offered a lighter sentence in exchange for their secret recipe.
The recipe they gave is still in the archives to this day,
Gary Young created the Thieves oil and named it in honor of those spice traders.

Thieves has been university tested and found to be highly effective against airborne bacteria.

Thieves is an essential oil blend of clove, lemon, cinnamon, Eucalyptus radiata and rosemary cineol

A Thieves Spray Testimonial
Angela Howard submitted the following tip:

“My two year old got a hold of a permanent marker and colored all over my oak desk and my LCD flat panel TV screen. After trying the strongest cleaning chemicals in my house, the markings didn’t budge. In a panic, I called our local hardware store to see if they had anything that would get permanent marker out, and they recommended a product that was around $14 a bottle. However, the worker said it is such a hazardous chemical that it would probably ruin the LCD TV screen and eat the finish off my desk. Because of its toxicity, I declined and went home. When I got home I remembered my 1 oz. bottles of Thieves Spray. It dissolved the permanent ink out of the desk and the LCD screen beautifully.* It looks like nothing ever happened! Now that is what I call POWERFUL!”

Care’n Boyer-Smith submitted the following tip:

“Last week, I cleared out our woods and lost the battle against poison ivy. Now as the liquid-filled bumps surface, I immediately spray each with a convenient squirt of Thieves® Spray instead of scratching. New bumps continue to show themselves, yet the Thieves Spray has stifled the itch, which controls spreading. I only give in to scratching in the shower using my Young Living Bath & Shower Gel with an exfoliating cloth to zap the poison with essential oils the moment it is exposed. I also support my immune system daily with my ImmuPowerâ„¢ essential oil blend applied to my feet and chest and by taking my NingXia Red.”*

Please note:
I never dilute the Thieves products, even in my mouth and on my face. However, I highly recommend that everyone test the oil on your own skin before using undiluted as it is a ‘hot’ oil, especially if you’re using it with babies, children and the elderly. If you are diluting the Thieves oil, do so with either Young Living’s V-6 massage oil or a raw, organic, unfiltered olive oil for healthiest results. Keep the oil away from the eyes as it will sting if it gets in to the eye. Also, wet skin makes the oil penetrate more quickly and deeply, and may make it sting where it doesn’t on dry skin, like under the arm pits. I have found that the Thieves oil has only ever helped me but the stinging on sensitive skin areas can be unpleasant, so be careful.
